Interim Design Guidance
This document was originally issued to provide guidance to structural and geotechnical engineers and to Territorial Authorities immediately following the Canterbury Earthquake Sequence.
However, SESOC has maintained the document as an ongoing vehicle for disseminating new structural engineering knowledge and practice recommendations ahead of more formal document updates. It represents what SESOC views as good practice with respect to specific aspects of structural engineering.
